THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The quality is pathetic, and the features are awful. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisproduct without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd bought something decent instead. Save yo
